We work with many sports organizations around the nation and will promote your tournament to teams around the nation.  This is a free service that will bring in more teams to your tournament as well as get the name of your event out around the nation.

All services for our Tournament Housing Program are FREE for your event.  You will not pay a dime.  We earn our income from the hotels nationally because we bring so much business to them.

With the new system we can confirm reservations instantly and provide you with your confirmation number.  No more having to wait days for confirmation number or room reservations. No more print and faxing forms and rooming list. All reservation are done through our secure online system and gives you instant email confirmation.

With all our hotel contracts we sign with the hotels, we provide an "Act of God" policy that will allow all teams not to be charged in case of an Act of God.  Along with that policy we also provide weather insurance to the tournament organization.  This will provide your event insurance in case of lost revenue due to unforeseen weather.
