INSTRUCTIONS ON BOOKING HOTEL ROOMS
All travel teams participating in the the Santa Clara Sporting Invitational Tournament are REQUIRED to book their hotel rooms through Creative Travel Group. You will receive an ARN number from Creative that you will be asked for at registration / check in. Please follow the steps below to book your hotel...
• Click on the blue box below to view hotel listings.
• A hotel with a PURPLE box labeled "Special Event Rate” offers special tournament discounts. Click on “View Rates” just above it to see the number of rooms available.
• If you are only booking one room, click on the YELLOW box “See Room Details” arrow and fill out the form. You will receive an immediate confirmation.
• If you want to block a group of rooms for your team, click on the BLUE “Hold Rooms” box. Fill out the simple form to place a group hold. You will receive an immediate email with a link for your team members to use in order to book their room from your block. It is that simple!
